The new Neil Spalding book from David Bull Publishing titled “MotoGP Technology” has been recreational reading around the MotoCzysz office since the day it arrived. In the book, Neil does a fabulous job of providing readers an inside look at the machines of the 990 era, and the technologies that made them legendary. Many of the closely guarded secrets of the competitors are opened to the public for the first time. At the same time, Neil makes some interesting observations giving an idea of what future competitors bikes may look like-
“What we haven’t seen are any particularly adventurous chassis designs. Although the dramatic increases in power and torque have led to a much better understanding of the physics of chassis design, from controlled flex to improved tyre grip and weight distribution, we simply have not seen the carbon monocoque chassis or the wishbone front suspension that you might have expected.” MotoGP Technology, Neil Spalding
MotoCzysz also recently published a book- one that is not for sale- the design specifications for the MotoCzysz 07 C1 990. Measuring over two inches thick, the book contains the drawings of every engineered part of the latest MotoCzysz motorcycle, currently being readied for production.
